New Fowla Recipient @LASchools Palms Middle School Gets AED, $5000 for Supplies

Fowla starts funding Palms Middle School!

Fowla will be providing $50,000 per year for five years to Palms Middle School.  After recovering from the initial shock and disbelief of having no-strings funding, Palms has started putting the funds to good use.  First funding includes an AED and much-needed school supplies. Fowla also met with Palms dedicated science teachers to help develop a robotics after-school program which will lead to a robotics elective.  Fowla also arranged for Windward School faculty and students to assist/mentor Palms faculty/students on robotics.  Fowla will then purchase the robotics equipment.

Fowla also spoke with other departments and dedicated staff at the school.
